How far in advance should I book?
There’s no one answer and, believe it or not, New York is not as difficult as you might think for a last minute trip. That said, the more specific your requests, the further in advance we recommend booking. Most clients book 2 - 3 months in advance.
Do you book hotels and shows or just plan?
Both, and much more! Gotham Premier partners with Fora Travel, an industry leading travel advisory platform, to provide our clients with access to special discounts and exclusive perks at many of the City’s most requested accommodations and venues. We will handle every element of your trip, including travel arrangements, transfers, local ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and local entertainment.
What makes you different?
We will work with you on either a daily or whole-trip basis. Whether you are looking to have every detail arranged for you, or just want to book an amazing one-day experience, we will meet you where you are at.
In addition, we go beyond planning and reservations, and show up when you need us. We offer phone/text support to all clients during their stay, for whatever questions come up related to logistics, navigation, recommendations, or just genuinely authentic local advice.
Do you offer guided experiences/tours?
We do not offer large group tours* however, we are always happy to show our clients and their guests around. All clients receive an optional and complimentary 3-hour guided experience of their choice.
Whether you want to learn more about the City’s history, do a deep-dive in a specific Borough, or explore neighborhood landmarks, our team is here to guide you.
All guided experiences are totally optional and included in our services at no additional cost. We offer this because we love our city, and showing it is its own reward.
*If you do have a large group interested in tour guide services, we have an extensive list of partners we work with who can assist.
What are your fees?
We charge primarily for our services as your local concierge to New York City. Our services start at $99/day of your itinerary, up to five days. For trips of more than one week, we charge a flat rate of $499/week.
All travel, accommodations, and local entertainment are booked on a separate invoice. We do not charge a fee for booking or facilitating reservations and travel arrangments
What if something goes wrong during my trip?
All clients of Gotham Premier receive complimentary phone and text access to a local expert during their stay, from 8a - 10p daily, to answer whatever questions come up while you’re here.
Whether it’s as simple as asking the best way to navigate the subway, or trying to find a replacement for dinner, or how to make city travel easier for the kids, vetted local advice is always on-call for you.
