How far in advance should I book?
There’s no one answer and, believe it or not, New York is not as difficult as you might think for a last minute trip. That said, the more specific your requests, the further in advance we recommend booking. Most clients book 2 - 3 months in advance.
Do you book hotels and shows or just plan?
Both, and much more! Gotham Premier partners with Fora Travel, an industry leading travel advisory platform, to provide our clients with access to special discounts and exclusive perks at many of the City’s most requested accommodations and venues. We will handle every element of your trip, including travel arrangements, transfers, local ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and local entertainment.
What makes you different?
We will work with you on either a daily or whole-trip basis. Whether you are looking to have every detail arranged for you, or just want to book an amazing one-day experience, we will meet you where you are at.
In addition, we go beyond planning and reservations, and show up when you need us. We offer phone/text support to all clients during their stay, for whatever questions come up related to logistics, navigation, recommendations, or just genuinely authentic local advice.
We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Do you offer guided experiences/tours?
We do not offer large group tours* however, we are always happy to show our clients and their guests around. All clients receive an optional and complimentary 3-hour guided experience of their choice.
Whether you want to learn more about the City’s history, do a deep-dive in a specific Borough, or explore neighborhood landmarks, our team is here to guide you.
All guided experiences are totally optional and included in our services at no additional cost. We offer this because we love our city, and showing it is its own reward.
